1.(required) ලෙස යොදා ඇ ති සියලු දත්ත ඔබවිසින් ලබා දිය යුතුයි.You must provide all the data used as (required).
2.ඔබ විසින් එක විෂය ධාරාවක් හා එයට අදාල මාධ්ය ලබාදියයුතු අතර අමතරව තවත් විෂයයන් ඉගැන්වීම් කරනවානම් පමණක් අනෙක් විෂයන්ද තෝරන්න.You must provide one syllabus and its related media and choose other subjects only if you are teaching other subjects.
3.ඔබගේ පැහැදිලි මුහුණු චායා රුපයක් සහ පැහැදිලි ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පතක හෝ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්රයක කොපියක් ජංගම දුරකතනයකින් ලබාගෙන මෙයට උඩුගත කරන්න.Take a clear Face photo of yourself and a copy of a clear National ID or Passport from a mobile phone and upload it.
4. මෙම අයදුම් පත පුරවා ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් පසු ඔබ සුදුසුකම් සපුරා ඇ ති ගුරුවරයෙක් /ගුරුවරියක් නම් අප ආයතනය මගින් පරීක්ෂා කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ඔබගේ අදාල තොරතුරු කිහිපය ශිෂ්ය, දෙමුපියන් සදහා ප්රදර්ශනයට සලස්වයි. අපගේ සේවාදයකයන්ගේ පන්ති සදහා අප විසින් ඔබව යොමු කරනු ලැබේ.After filling and submitting this application form, if you are a qualified teacher, our institution will check your relevant information and display it to the students and parents. 5. අප ආයතනය මගින් ලබා දෙන පන්ති කරගෙනයමේදී ඇතිවන නීත්යානුකුල ගැටළු වල වගකීම ඔබ විසින් දැරිය යුතු අතර ඔබ සම්බන්ධයෙන් අප ආයතනය වග කියනු නොලැබේ.
